It is important customers can trust their builder to fulfil the spec provided.  We want this trust to begin at the very start of communication. We fully disclose as much information about the project and what work is required within the quotation. Customers often want to make small changes during the build, which we can accommodate. We will always send a price for any amendments to ensure you are happy before proceeding. Lastly, we work on a stage by stage payment planning schedule. This ensures you know what work is going to be completed and when. There are no monthly payments; you only pay once you see work has been completed and a stage finalised.
